In this pull from the 70mm film reel you can see a woman lurking in the dark
shadows of the cantina. This shadowy face is otherwise known as Swilla Corey.

A close up of the image shows that it was very grainy, and unusable. A black
& white photograph of the actress was discovered in Lucasfilm's photoarchives.
It was probably a continuity or a makeup shot (lower left). It was scanned and
colorized by artists in the Decipher studio (lower right).

The newly colorized Swilla then had to become a realistic part of another environment.
This required the artists to carefully add lighting effects and details. Using
some components from various other sources the photograph was re-integrated into
the scene. (Shown below)

The final image is then re-sized and added to the card layout along with the
lore. A lot of work for Swilla Corey. But she looks better than ever!
