Blog on this website frequently with information of value to your players. Create or support a Fight klub for local players. First and foremost, being a Mentor means being a friend. • Collaborate. Being a Mentor is like participating on an Olympic team. Yes, there is healthy competition and individual rewards, but when a member of your team succeeds, you should feel proud of their accomplishment. Fight Klub is a team effort. There may be individual stars, but we are all in this together. |
