East Coast Blizzard Snows In Helm's Deep Release

Last weekend's record-breaking snowfalls, which paralyzed much of the east coast (see picture at right), must have been the result of Saruman's wizardry – the effects were felt even in Middle-earth! We regret to announce that blizzard-related production and delivery delays have caused the release date of the Battle of Helm's Deep expansion set for The Lord of the Rings TCG to be delayed from March 5th to Wednesday, March 12th.

The change in release date has no effect on the pre-release tournaments scheduled for this weekend; check DGMA.com for coverage of the pre-releases. However, the Sméagol and Théoden preview cards will not be tournament-legal until March 19th, seven days after the revised release date.
