Brad Dourif ("Gríma"), Sean Astin ("Sam"),
and John Rhys-Davies ("Gimli")
Available for Autograph Signings at Gen Con Indy!
Stars of The Lord of the Rings Films
to Make Special Appearances at Decipher's Booth!
 Three
of the stars of The Lord of the Rings film trilogy will make special
appearances at Decipher's booth at Gen Con Indy, July 24-27 in Indianapolis,
Indiana, for autograph signings. Brad Dourif appeared in The Two Towers
as Saruman's henchman and treacherous advisor to King Théoden,
Gríma Wormtongue. Sean Astin and John Rhys-Davies star in all three
films as Frodo's faithful companions, the loyal hobbit Samwise Gamgee and
the stalwart dwarf Gimli, son of Glóin.
 Lord
of the Rings Trading Card Game players and collectors can bring their
own Gríma, Sam, and Gimli cards, or obtain collectible oversized
versions of Gríma,
Chief Counselor; Sam,
Proper Poet; and Gimli,
Dwarf of the Mountain Race from the Decipher convention store for autographs.
(One oversized card available with each $20 purchase from the Decipher booth,
while supplies last. Sam and Gimli cards, from Decipher's 2002 collection,
are in very limited supply.)
 In
addition to their Lord of the Rings roles, Dourif and Rhys-Davies
are also both well-known to Star Trek fans for recurring roles on
the Star Trek: Voyager television series. Players and collectors
of the Star Trek Customizable Card Game can bring their cards depicting
the psychotic Maquis Lon
Suder (from the Voyager expansion set) and the holographic Leonardo
da Vinci (Holodeck Adventures expansion set) for autographs.

All signing sessions are limited to two items per person. Items presented
for autographs on the Decipher booth must be Decipher-related items (e.g.,
TCG cards, an RPG sourcebook, or Decipher poster).
Brad Dourif will also make an appearance at the DecipherCon awards presentation
ceremony on Sunday morning, from 10:00-11:00 AM, prior to his autograph
session.
* DecipherCon Event Pass holders, The Lord of the Rings Fan Club
members, and Star Trek Fan Club members will gain priority in the
autograph line for signing sessions held on the Decipher Booth. In addition,
fan club members will receive 10% off all purchases at Decipher's convention
store. Please bring your fan club ID card for quickest service. Members
without ID cards should visit the Decipher convention store for membership
verification. Please allow ample time before the autograph signing to obtain
verification. If you are not already a fan club member, you may sign up
