Hurricane Update
September 22, 2003: With continued power outages around the area,
Decipher offices remain officially closed today, though preparations for
reopening are in progress. Our websites, online stores, and message boards
are all up and running, and our regular daily decipher.com updates will
restart today.
September 20, 2003, 2:45 PM: Although much of the city is still
without power, our sites are working and our online stores are ready to
serve you. Message boards and decipher.com have been restored. Thanks for
your patience!
September 16, 2003, 3:30 PM: Decipher's Norfolk offices will be
closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, September 17-19, due to the impending
landfall of Hurricane Isabel. There will be no regular scheduled updates
of www.decipher.com during this time.
September 16, 2003, 1:10 PM: Preparations for Hurricane Isabel are
underway. Contingency plans are in place, but if the City of Norfolk loses
power our websites may experience gaps in service. On behalf of Isabel we
apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
