GEN CON INDY / DECIPHERCON
Indianapolis, Indiana, July 2427, 2003
Updated July 18, 2003
Gen Con not only has a new venue this year moving from Milwaukee
to Indianapolis but it's also the new host of DecipherCon 2003! That
means lots of extra special Decipher activities at Gen Con Indy. Here's
a quick rundown of what's in store at Gen Con; for more information on the
DecipherCon experience, check out the DecipherCon
2003 pages.
Special Guests
Lord of the Rings fans will be in Middle-earth seventh heaven at
GenCon, as Sean Astin, John Rhys-Davies, and Brad Dourif join Decipher for
autograph sessions at the Decipher booth! Be sure to bring your Sam, Gimli,
and Gríma cards, or pick up a special oversized collectible Gríma,
Chief Counselor; Sam,
Proper Poet; or Gimli,
Dwarf of the Mountain Race card for them to autograph (for details,
see "The Decipher Convention Store" below).

In addition to their Lord of the Rings roles, Dourif and Rhys-Davies
are also both well-known to Star Trek fans for recurring roles on
Star Trek: Voyager. Bring along your Star Trek CCG card of
psychotic Maquis Lon
Suder (Voyager expansion) or the holographic Leonardo
da Vinci (Holodeck Adventures expansion) and turn it into an
autographed First Edition souvenir.

for each game. Participate in a demo of "The Road to Henneth Annûn"
or "Ordeal on Gamma Elster IV" and take home a free pair of exclusive
dice featuring Lord of the Rings runes or Klingon numbers. Once you've
gotten your feet wet, sign up for one of our full RPG adventures!
