Message Board Handle Passwords
If you registered a Decipher message board handle since March 21, but
did not receive a password by email, you may now retrieve your password.
Go to any Decipher message board and click the sign-in link. On the sign-in
page, click the "forget your password?" link. On the next page,
fill in your handle and click Submit; then answer the challenge question
(which you supplied when you registered) and click Submit again. Your password
should arrive in a few minutes in an email from mbmanager@decipher.com,
and then you can sign in normally.
It is possible that a registration more than two weeks old has "timed
out" if you were unable to log in with it. If you get a message that
your handle does not exist, try registering again. This time you should
get your password normally.
Volunteer (Product Champion) Applications
Our online application form for our volunteer Product Champion program is
still disabled. If you wish to apply for the Product Champion program, please
email Kim Logie (kim.logie@decipher.com)
for a paper application form.
