The
Big Weta Collection Bug Hunt #3
August 11, 2004 CONTEST IS CLOSED
This
week's Weta Collection card is Anárion, Lord of Anórien (son
of Elendil and brother of Isildur). You can get your copy with any $10 (or
€10) purchase of The Lord of the Rings TCG at your participating
retailer this week. And once again, a copy will also go to three winners
in the third heat of the Big Weta Collection Bug Hunt!
Here's
how it works. Hidden somewhere in The Lord of the Rings pages on
this website (www.decipher.com), or in the Lord of the Rings card
list pages on shop.decipher.com, is an image of the third of five Weta bugs.
Bug #3 (shown at right) is hiding out just a hop away from some of his smaller
cousins, and a bit of reflection on that fact might lead you to him. Your
task, as usual, is to find our third bug, tell us what page he's on, and
answer the question below (you'll find the answer on that page).
Only a bug labelled Bug #3 counts not bugs in the Weta Workshop
logo images that have appeared in some articles (like the at the top of
this page). and not the one on this page. Only one entry per person,
household, or email address!
Three winners will be chosen randomly from all valid entries correctly
identifying the location of Bug #3 and correctly answering the question.
Each winner will receive an Anárion card. We'll repeat this weekly
with Bugs #4 and 5 until we've given away three copies of each card in the
set. At that point we'll randomly select one grand prize winner from all
correct, valid entries received from the five bug hunts, to receive a complete
set of the five Weta Collection cards.
You have until Wednesday, August 11th, at 5 PM Eastern Time to find that
bug and submit your winning entry. Happy bug hunting!
1. First, list the complete URL of the page where you found Bug #3
and answer the question (the answer is near the bug image on that page).
(Suggestion: highlight the URL in the location box at the top of your browser,
then copy and paste it into this form.) Remember, the copy of Bug #3
on this contest page DOES NOT count as a correct answer!
