Fractured Statistics, Part Two

Part One of Fractured Statistics related that there are 16 personnel and 3 ships in Fractured Time, and that seven affiliations, plus Non-aligned, are represented. Now that you've had oodles of time to speculate on the affiliation breakdown, I'm going to let you know how close you came.

First, the 16 personnel. This works out to:

• 2 Bajoran
• 2 Cardassian
• 2 Dominion
• 3 Federation
• 2 Klingon
• 4 Non-Aligned
• 1 Romulan

Yes, sad to say, the green guys (Romulans, not message board moderators) got only one personnel card in Fractured Time. And contrary to some of the speculations I've seen, the green card isn't Deanna Troi, Major Rakal. :-( My buddies in the Game Studio tell me I'll have to wait a while longer before getting "my" update... but not too much longer. (You'll get to see the Romulan on Monday.)

Of course, that's only six affiliations plus NA, but I haven't listed the ship affiliation breakdown yet, and the numbers I gave you included both personnel and ships.

• 1 Bajoran
• 1 Borg
• 1 Federation

So there's your seventh affiliation, Borg. The Fed ship of course you have seen by now, and in any case knew what is was going to be from the earliest announcements: U.S.S. Enterprise-D, Personal Flagship (the 2E incarnation of the "Future Enterprise"). You'll get to see the Borg ship next week, and the Bajoran one the following week.

Let's see, what else can I tell you about the personnel cards? Well, they include a Gul, an Assassin, two Founders, one Infiltrator, one Shape-shifter, a Chancellor, and a High Council Member. (That's not all the keywords I see, but it's food for thought.) And, my, they're a computer-illiterate lot if ever I've seen one; only 2 Programming on all 16 personnel.
