Founder Agitator, Elusive Assassin
by Michael van Breemen
He's
not just a Founder, not just an Infiltrator, not even just a Shape-shifter,
he's the Dominion's first Assassin and can be a serious detriment to multiple
Headquarters decks. Return him to hand in order to return one opponent's
non-unique personnel present to their owner's hand for each Headquarters
mission that opponent commands. While unlike most Assassins in the fact
that this one doesn't kill, it does have the potential to return multiple
people back to their owner's hand with each strike.
Multiple Founder Councilors + Founder Agitator, Elusive Assassin:
It was so much fun returning someone to your hand the first time, I decided
to do it a second time, a third time, and even a fourth time. You can still
staff that ship, right?
Of course, you'll have to get him over to your opponent's ship or planet
conveniently...
Anything and Anyone + Founder Agitator, Elusive Assassin: You don't
need a ship to get them over there. You can even use multiple copies, one
on the event while another one gets returned to hand, only to report one
back to your opponent's side once again next turn or the turn afterwards.
This can free you up for solving your missions without the expenditure of
ship and crew to this enterprise.
However, there's more to this Founder than meets the eye (couldn't help
but throw the Transformer reference in there). Science was the big one that
caught my attention, mainly since the affiliation is lackluster in the Science
department (four other instances in the affiliation, only the Founder Councilor
being the non-unique member of the bunch) so any would be of help. The other
skills of Physics, Security, and 2 Treachery round off the skill set and
while the attributes of 6 in Cunning and Strength won't be much of a downside
other than a Chula: Echoes random selection, the 2 in Integrity can be a
problem with Gomtuu Shockwave, just something to keep in mind.
