Adam Molnar Is .hack//ENEMY TCG's First World Champion

In the culmination of the first .hack//ENEMY TCG World Championship, Adam Molnar overcame a first-round loss to Jeffrey Swim, going on to win the second and third rounds and the title. Ironically, Adam's winning all-monster water deck was actually originally designed by Swim, who, like Adam, is from the Chicago area. (In fact, four of the top five were from that area.)

Molnar, a graduate student and instructor in statistics at the University of Chicago, has been playing .hack//ENEMY from the initial release. He joined Decipher's volunteer corps as a Crimson Knight and is now a dAgent.

With a whopping 7,000 Decipher dollars in his virtual pocket, Adam says he'll be "getting iPods for the whole family for Christmas" – not to mention his .hack//ENEMY cards for "the next few years."

Congratulations to the very first .hack//ENEMY TCG World Champion!
