Keep track of just the costs of your opponent's personnel and you'll be all set to name a number and pick off his highest-cost MVP... or two, if he's playing multiple HQs. Best defense is going to be having some same-cost sacrificial lambs around to dilute the chances of your key personnel going to that great discard pile in the sky.
