What inspired you to begin 3-D modeling?
In the late summer of 1997, extremely unemployed, I was searching the
internet for Star Wars sites and found the dazzling CGI work of www.swma.net
. Very soon after, with the help of some kind members there, I had to
try to make my own artwork.
When did you first see Star Wars?
1977. I was in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, at a family reunion, on
leave from Elmendorf, Air Force Base, Alaska.
How did you feel about Star
Wars when you first saw the movie?
Dream inducing artistry and special effects.
Who in the Star Wars universe is your alter
ego?
I guess that would have to be Wedge Antilles. Short on talk and air
time, long on contribution to the final result.
How does it make you feel to be part of this
unprecedented collaboration of t he world's foremost artists working
to create the unique reality of Jedi Knights ?
It's great to do what I like to do all day and I get paid for it - what
a country!
