WANTED: Decipher Product Champions
Only the best need apply!
Decipher seeks more Product Champion volunteers for all games!
While Decipher already has more than 600 Product Champion volunteers worldwide,
we would like to increase this number to well over 1,000 supporters for
all product lines by year end. Also, in an effort to maintain the integrity
of our Product Champion program, we request that only the most eager and
dedicated individuals consider the program. We are currently accepting Product
Champion applications for the following games.
- Star Trek Customizable Card Game
- Star Trek Roleplaying Game
- The Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game
- The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying Game
Note: A Product Champion applicant may apply for only one of the above
programs.
Upon receipt of completed applications, Decipher Product Champion volunteers
are carefully chosen based on their experience with the games, relationship
with retail stores, enthusiasm and perceived commitment, as well as their
location. Product Champions are required to help promote Decipher games
by running demonstrations, tournaments, and special events and promotions
at local stores, conventions, and other venues.
In exchange, active Product Champions are compensated individually. They
are subscribed to a group email list and provided early information about
products and programs.
We are currently recruiting more volunteers for Decipher's roleplaying
and card games to assist with promotions through the end of 2002 and into
2003. For the Star Trek and Lord of the Rings Roleplaying
games, we have a heavy schedule of new releases for both of our RPG lines.
Excitement is at an all-time high right now for the Star Trek Customizable
Card Game. By the end of 2002, Decipher will release the much-anticipated
Star Trek CCG: Second Edition. For The Lord of the Rings TCG,
we will launch the eagerly awaited The Two Towers base set, presenting an
optimum opportunity for our Product Champion corps to convert new players.
All applications will be reviewed. If you submit a Decipher Product Champion
volunteer program application, please do not expect a reply. Upon review
of your application, if you are considered favorably for the program, only
then you will be contacted by e-mail and/or by phone. Be patient, however.
It can take several weeks for an application to be considered thoroughly.
If you're interested in applying to become a Decipher Product Champion,
please remember to mention which program you are interested in when you
submit your email request. You are only allowed to apply for one of these
programs. Please specify which program you are applying for: Star Trek
Customizable Card Game, Star Trek Roleplaying Game, The Lord of
the Rings Trading Card Game, or The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying
Game.
