FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Are the prices in US dollars?
Yes, both your qualifying purchase ($20) and the price of your redemption
package ($20 or $40), as well as the shipping charges, are listed in US
dollars. If you aren't sure what the exchange rate is in your country, you
can go to DomainIt.com's Currency
Converter page to check.
2. What are UPC's?
The UPC is the bar code on the back of the card packages which has the UPC
numbers below it. The words "UPC Code" are written right above
it.
3. What constitutes "proof of purchase"?
Original receipt (dated between 10/01/02 and 12/31/02), original UPC, and
the
completed certificate.
4. Are online purchases acceptable for this offer?
No, internet purchases are not valid.
5. If I order three packages will I get charged for shipping and handling
on each?
Yes. For example, if your shipping and handling charge for one package is
$16.95, for three packages it will be $50.85.
6. If my retailer does not give receipts should I send the boxes and
wrappers?
If your retailer does not have printed receipts, they can handwrite the
receipt and sign it, as well as filling out the information on the form.
You will still need to send in the wrappers (or just the UPC codes cut from
the wrappers).
7. If I purchase $40 worth of product, can I get both Package A and
Package B?
Yes, every $20 worth of Star Trek CCG products purchased qualifies
you to purchase an additional package. With a $40 purchase, you could order
two Package A's, or two Package B's, or one of each.
8. Do I need a separate receipt for each $20 spent?
No, if it is all at the same store and dated between 10/01/02 and 12/31/02.
9. Do I need to fill out a form for each package ordered?
If you have one receipt and have ordered one Package A and one Package B,
you only need one form. However, you do need additional forms if
you have different receipts (because of the section requesting store information
and the manager's signature) or if you are ordering two Package A's or two
Package B's (because we need to know your choices for each package).
10. Do purchases through Decipher's online stores qualify for this promotion?
Yes. Just send in your packing list/receipt along with your payment, UPC
codes, and the redemption form (no manager's signature required).
11. What is a "set" of Enhanced First Contact or Enhanced
Premiere (in Package B)?
A set of Enhanced First Contact is four tuck boxes one of each of
the four different facings (Enhanced
First Contact premium card list). A set of Enhanced Premiere is six
tuck boxes one of each of the six different facings (more
information on Enhanced Premiere).
