how it works:
Past versions of Echo Base Operations were card intensive, and extremely slow.
Now with the new Third Anthology card A New Secret Base, you can have EBO set
up as early as turn two!
Start fishing for sites and the actual EBO effect right off the bat, and draw
if you need some guys in order to occupy the necessary three Echo sites. Once
you've occupied the base, deploy EBO, deploy as many systems as you possibly can,
and drain away.
Use Rebel Barrier, Hyper Escape, Houjix and Alternatives to Fighting to keep your
opponent away from you, and the Force drains should be too much and too early
for your opponent to handle. Use Ice Storm to keep the Dark Side off Hoth, and
use the Undercover spies to take care of any Tatooine drain decks you might encounter
