Finally, This Is A Battle I Can Win
Light Side Deck with Duel of the Fates cards

about this deck
When I saw the new Duel of the Fates set at DecipherCon, the few glances I got let me know there would be some major changes happening. Panaka what a totally underrated card. The new effects got my attention, especially, "Naboo Royal Security Forces."

This deck design utilizes Naboo Royal Security Forces to its potential with the help of Captain Panaka. The deck is full of the lovely ladies of course, and is controlled by the Panaka factor. One of the bonuses of this deck is its ability to avoid the Dueling decks. This deck can control if you understand how to play it. We will discuss that further down. Enjoy!

With cards from Menace of Darth Maul (DM), The Jedi Council (JC), Battle of Naboo (BN) and Enhanced Menace of Darth Maul (EM), and Duel of the Fates (DF).

There's a 50% chance that you go first, and yet it really doesn't matter whether you do or not.

With Naboo Royal Security Forces you will pull into your hand the first turn. With 7 Panaka's you will get one in your hand right away, if not by your face up Phase. The cheap deploy allows you to circulate through your deck.

Let's examine some of the bonuses of the cards now.
• Twist Of Fate: One of the best cards in the set. Using this card with Panaka or the Queen and their weapons allows you to maniplulate your opponent. Swaping destinies is going to help this deck big time, especially since it is such a low destiny deck. Panaka now has the potential to get power 16 or Power 22 in prime conditions (bonus locations & cards like We Don't Have Time For This).

• We Don't Have Time For This : The ability to destroy a Sith Deck is insignificant compared to the power of combining characters. Give Panaka or the Queen that extra boost.

• Captain Panaka : The new Security Commander allows you to take his blaster from the draw deck and deploy it for free. Combo him with the effect and blaster you have a power of 9 and a draw.

• Queen Amidala : Nice variety here. The new Young Leader is plus 2 when you have controlled naboo, thus when she is on Coruscant with her blaster she is power 8 and a draw.

Well, that's pretty much the deck, and in case you were wondering there are 14-6's, 13-5's, 12-4's, 10-3's, 11-2's : A well rounded destiny deck. Have fun with it! This is a deck Panaka can finally win with!
